About Dan Shaul
State Representative - Missouri 113
Dan became State Director of the Missouri Grocers Association in 2006. Prior to this he severed as director of Mid-America Grocers Association in St. Louis. He is the third generation of Shaul’s to lead the grocery industry through association management. When he is not working to promote the grocery industry in Missouri he enjoys spending time with his three children, Matthew 18, Emily 15, Sarah 13, and his wife of 23 years, Kim. The entire family is involved with Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, school activities and kids sports. Dan continues to serve as a Past Chairmen of the Board for Food Industry Association Executives, on the Windsor School Board of Education, and for the Food Marketing Industry Government Relations Committee. He also serves as a board member to the National Grocers Association where his outstanding leadership was recognized with the “Association Leadership Award.” Dan graduated from Parks College in 1992 and is a graduate of Lindbergh High School Class of 1987. Upon High School Graduation he served in the United States Air Force until he was honorably discharged from active duty under the troop reduction act of 1990.
